Where is the camp located?

ACAMAYA takes place on Cozumel Island, Mexico—a safe and beautiful location surrounded by nature, with direct access to the sea. All activities are carried out in controlled and supervised environments.

What ages can participate?

Our program is designed for students ages 14 to 24. Activities are tailored to each age group and skill level to ensure a fun and safe experience for everyone.

How safe is the program?

Safety is our top priority. We work with certified instructors (PADI, NAUI, TDI), maintain low student-to-staff ratios, follow strict safety protocols, and use high-quality, regularly inspected equipment.

Is insurance required?

Yes. All participants must have travel insurance that covers water sports and adventure activities. If needed, we can help you arrange one with our trusted providers.

Does my child need prior experience in diving or sailing?

Not at all! Our team adapts the program to all levels—from beginners to advanced. Every participant receives safe, progressive instruction.

What kind of food is provided?

We offer fresh, healthy, and abundant meals, prepared daily by our chef. We can accommodate special diets (vegetarian, gluten-free, etc.) with prior notice.

Where do participants stay?

In our private oceanfront villas, located in a safe and quiet area with direct beach access. The accommodations are designed for comfort, privacy, and a deep connection with nature.

What should they bring?

Once enrolled, we’ll send you a detailed packing list, including clothing, swimwear, personal items, and necessary documents.

How do families stay informed?

We keep families updated with regular messages and photos. There will always be a 24/7 emergency contact available during the camp.

Do you help with flights or transportation?

Yes! We can assist you in coordinating flights.
Our recommendation is to fly directly to Cozumel, where a staff member will personally pick up your child at the airport.

Flying into Cancún (about 2 hours from the island) is also an option. If needed, we will help arrange the full transfer from Cancún to Cozumel.
